Global Offshore & Power Consulting Ltd. (GOPC) was established in 2015. GOPC is built on more than 30 years of experience within all aspects of offshore, maritime and power plant business.

GOPC specializes in project development, engineering support, project management, construction management, new building supervision and conversion of power stations, ships and drilling rigs.

Intimate knowledge of the international shipping, offshore and power plant industry and well versed in marine engineering and major steel work activities, in particular dry dockings, new buildings and conversions.

Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary tasks and interact with class, flag, suppliers, yards, subcontractors, local authorities and project team members including documented cost cutting and budget control.

Involved and responsibility in more than 40 international dry docking / new building / conversion projects  / O&M projects.
